Dr. Phil Ends His PR Campaign

Dr. Phil really knows how to manufacture a moment, doesn't he? If visiting Britney in the hospital wasn't slimy enough - an entire Dr. Phil show dedicated to Britney's problems was in the works too. This must have been a painful announcement for Dr. Phil. 'Oops, there goes my ratings.'
