Britney's new video for her "Break The Ice" single from her current album is slated to come out at 6:30pm, eastern time today. In order to do that though, you have to go to Blackoutball.com website. And once there, you have to discover the 2 passwords. While waiting, you can mingle with other people waiting for Britney's new video. *SOURCE
