Britney's "Lawyer" Thrown Out

Jon Eardley, who months ago claimed that Britney hired him as a lawyer filed papers in court claiming Britney's rights have been violated with the placement of a Conservator That first claim was deemed bogus. Eardley filed again and for the second time, the Judge threw it out without even Britney's Conservator/Daddy filing as a response.

Geez, give it up already. OK Magazine says Britney did talk to Eardley in the beginning of the Conservatorship being set in motion. But only through a 3rd party conversation and Brit was still a little messed up in the head. I think she's getting back to normal now..LOL.

Another day, another legal issue dealt with. OI!
