Britney Needs a New Ride

Britney was driving in L.A. when...

"She left it unattended and it was blocking traffic, so it was towed."

Gotta feel for Britney on this one, we all hate flat tires. Why bother calling a tow truck when you can just buy a new car? Britney left the car in the middle of traffic and walked away. The City has now impounded the car and Brit will either have to pay a fine to get it back, or not bother with it all. Maybe Dr. Phil has an opinion on this?
